REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike to an official station and press the Framelock lever down to lock it. The rental will end automatically. If you return your bike outside of a station, a service charge may apply.

Our tariffs
The maximum duration of each rental will be 2 hours. There is no maximum limit of daily rentals. Between two consecutive uses, a period of 10 minutes must pass, during which the user will not be able to make a rental at any station in the system.
